Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product takes more than two days in transit, without an attempted delivery, we will replace your order, subject to appropriate proof of failed delivery.
In order to address any failed deliveries with our courier provider, we may require proof and/or written statement from the customer.
Non-returnable items
Our artisan crumpets are perishable goods and thus cannot be returned, but may be replaced. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order within 14 days and provide proof of delivery or photos to document accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
