Shipping policy

Crumpet packs and baskets are despatched on a Wednesday using a DPD Next Day service (or equivalent courier) or Royal Mail to UK mainland addresses, ensuring the crumpets are as fresh as possible (as well as allowing you to enjoy them at the weekend!). This service is currently £3.95 and there will be one charge per basket of products ordered to the same address where the basket is less than 2kg.

Please note, for orders between 2kg - 5kg, the medium parcel rate of £6.95 will be applied automatically. Orders between 5kg - 10kg will have a shipping cost of £11.95.

Please contact us if you require a delivery to any address outside of UK mainland in order to make the appropriate arrangements.

The DPD Next Day Service (or equivalent courier) includes tracking information, which will be sent directly to you by email and/or SMS (where your information is provided). You will also be notified by email/SMS of the delivery window. Please let us know (using the notes box in the order details) if there is a designated "safe place" or a friendly neighbour where we can deliver the artisan crumpets -a second attempt may result in a reduced life of the product. 

We also offer a Royal Mail option where an order is placed for a crumpet making kit, which will take 2-3 working days (including Saturdays). This service is currently free to our customers.
